Hello! I'm Paul Moerman at Gateway Mortgage.

With over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve become a trusted loan officer who’s passionate about helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership. I’m based in Fernandina Beach, Florida, and I manage a successful branch that supports real estate agents and their clients on their journey to homeownership.

I’m not just about my work though. I’m also a big part of the community. I’m a member of the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce, Chamber Ambassadors, Fernandina Beach Main Street, and Keep Nassau Beautiful Board of Directors. I love getting involved in community development and growth. In 2024, I was even named the Secretary of State Award for Volunteer of the Year for all my hard work!

On a personal note, I am a proud NC State grad and happily married to a Davidson alum with two daughters who go to local county schools. We love getting involved in their school activities and sports, and it’s a great way to stay connected to the community. In our free time, we enjoy exploring the beaches, springs, and rivers in Florida and the mountains in North Carolina. We also enjoy kayaking, camping, and scuba diving. We’ve even been on some amazing adventures around the world!
