Hello! I'm Gregory Badgett at Gateway Mortgage.

My career in the financial industry began with my first job at Carolina First, and over the past 18 years, I’ve gained extensive experience and knowledge. I am a proud graduate of Leadership Georgetown and the South Carolina Bankers School. In 2015, I was honored to be named the Young Professional of the Year for Georgetown County.

After growing up in Columbia, SC, and attending Winthrop University, I embarked on a journey that led me to the beautiful Murrells Inlet area, where I married my wonderful wife, Julia. Eleven years ago, we made Pawleys Island our home, and it’s here that we are raising our three beautiful daughters, aged 11, 8, and 5.

I am deeply committed to providing the best service possible to my clients. I understand that purchasing a home is a significant milestone in their lives, and I strive to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
