Grant Griggs

I began my mortgage career in 2003 and have since served as both an originator and in servicing. My passion lies in helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. With a background in teaching, coaching, and nonprofit work, I bring a unique perspective to the mortgage industry.

As a proud father of two, I understand the importance of stability and security. When I’m not assisting clients, you’ll find me spending quality time with my family, supporting their endeavors.

I have a BA from Belmont University, and an MA from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. I’ve been honored to receive the President’s Club award six times and the 2018 Teamwork Award from my peers at Gateway. Additionally, I was named a top 1% loan officer by Scotsman Guide in 2021.

My goal is to tailor-make loans that best fit my clients’ needs while minimizing stress. With my extensive knowledge of the entire mortgage process, I’m committed to providing exceptional service and guidance.
