Hello! I'm David Rembert at Gateway Mortgage.

I'm excited to introduce myself as your dedicated mortgage loan officer. For the past 25 years, I've had the pleasure of calling the Salado Belton Area my home. In my free time, you'll often find me enjoying the serene beauty of Lake Belton, where fishing is one of my greatest passions. Additionally, I am a hobby beekeeper, managing between 10 to 20 hives at any given time.

I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999. To further my expertise, I completed the Mortgage Bankers Association's School of Mortgage Business series 1, 2, and 3, earning the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation. I was honored to receive the Wooten Scholarship from the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association (TMBA). In 2014, I achieved the Residential Certified Mortgage Banker (RCMB) designation from the MBA after rigorous written and oral exams. Additionally, I was awarded the Wooten Scholarship from the TMBA and had the privilege of attending the MBA's Future Leaders Program in 2015.
