Hello! I'm Bradley Zerbe at Gateway Mortgage.

I'm excited to introduce myself as your dedicated mortgage loan officer. With a career in the mortgage industry spanning since 1996, I bring extensive experience in Conventional, USDA, VA, FHA, Renovation, and New Construction loans. I also enjoy teaching First Time Home Buyer seminars, helping new buyers navigate the path to homeownership.

I'm honored to be a four-time Gateway Mortgage President's Club Winner and to have finished in the Top 1% of Loan Originators Nationwide in 2020, as recognized by Mortgage Executive Magazine.

I graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a BA in 1996. My time as a pitcher on multiple baseball championship teams instilled in me a competitive drive and mental toughness that motivates me daily to be the best I can be for my family and clients.

In my free time, I love spending quality moments with my family—my wonderful wife, Karen, our boys, Greg and Zach, and our daughter, Sarah. We're always cheering for one of them at a ballgame. We also enjoy taking trips, hiking, white-water rafting, and golfing whenever possible.

I'm available whenever my clients need me—morning, noon, or night, seven days a week.
