Earl Dunham is the Senior Vice President of Servicing at Gateway First Bank, where he leads the direction, strategy, planning, and execution of key initiatives to enhance the borrower experience. With a robust 25-year background in operations, Earl is celebrated for his organizational skills and high motivation.
Before his current role, Earl was the Vice President of Corporate Initiatives and Planning at Gateway, managing critical initiatives and spearheading process optimization efforts to support the Bank’s strategic goals. Prior to joining Gateway, he served as the Senior Manager of Global Franchise Development & Operations at the Hertz Corporation.
Earl holds a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern State University. Born in Kansas, he moved to Tulsa as a toddler and grew up there, graduating from Bishop Kelley High School. Earl's deep roots in Tulsa and extensive professional experience make him a valuable asset to Gateway First Bank. He has been married to Melissa Dunham for 13 years, and they have two adult children and four grandchildren, aged 10, 7, 2, and 3 months.
